There are two affordable housing developments in the parish, both situated in the village of Lewannick.
Harper's Meadow, opposite the turning to Hawk's Tor Drive is complete and most of the 17 houses have been rented or sold.

Beacon View occupies an area opposite and a little further down from the Cottage Garden estate. This also comprises 17 houses and is projected to be ready in March 2011. The process of allocating the houses for let has already commenced.
